Inspired by her notoriety for never marrying and her influence on American history and the state of Virgina, this afternoon tea includes a selection of Anerican classics such as mini-burger, hot dogs, chocolate brownies and peanut butter cookies, with a cocktail of mandarin and passion fruit puree, Appleton Estate Rum, finger beer and a dash of grenadine.

Her coronation as the Empress of India, following Britian’s colonial expansion into the region, provides the muse for an afternoon tea of sandwich fillings & pastries such as chicken tikka massala and sweet samosas, with a cocktail of Bombay Sapphire gin shaken with Darjeeling tea, strawberry syrup, cacao and Kahlua.
